Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.

To start an exchange or refund, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once we receive and check the item, exchanges are dispatched within 3–5 working days and refunds are processed within 7 working days.
